Return & Refund Policy – RomanRocha.com

At RomanRocha.com, we value your trust and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Below you’ll find our clear and fair policies for both digital and physical products.


Digital Products (eBooks, Guides, Templates, Online Courses, etc.)

Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the product has been purchased and downloaded/accessed.

However, we want you to be completely satisfied:

  • If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at roman@romanrocha.com within 7 days of purchase.

  • If a digital file is corrupted or incomplete, we’ll promptly replace it with a working version.

Physical Products (Books, Merchandise, Promotional Items)

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return

  • You must request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and clearance items.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or not returned in original condition.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at roman@romanrocha.com before shipping it back.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at roman@romanrocha.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.

  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.
