Roman Rocha was born in Phoenix, Arizona, raised in Salem/Keizer, Oregon. He obtained his AAS degree in Health Services Management in 2010. Then he went on to obtain his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership, Organization, and Management in 2013. Throughout his many years Roman Rocha has coached multiple businesses, people, and organizations.  In fact, from his experience the companies and the people he has worked for have thrived. Therefore, adding to his experience, knowledge and skill he got certified as a Life Coach and a Master Life Coach in 2019.  He enjoys Coaching and he is ecstatic to be able to help you with the next steps in your life journey.
